Sales Consultant 
Summary
The sales consultant is expected to drive business development within their local territory and ensure that day to day operations are delivered to our customers at the company specified quality levels. By using their skill set in sales/marketing, operations, team management, as well as industry specific training, the sales consultant is responsible for the successful growth of top line sales, day to day operations quality and the operating profits of his/her market.
Responsibilities
- Develop, qualify and sell web-based software to prospective medical practices (1-2 physicians) within a defined territory
- Drive sales over the internet and phone through web based discovery calls and presentations
- Increase pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns to the prospective medical practices as assigned
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors, industry trends
- Success will be measured by closed sales, territory performance, qualified leads, customer and team feedback, and other sales related metrics
- Travel expectations are very minimal
Requirements
- Three years of sales experience
- Business to Business sales experience
- Proven track record of overachievement in metric and quota attainment
- Strong phone skills, including cold-calling experience
- Strong PC skills including experience with Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel and solid internet skills
- Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with customers/prospects
- Aggressive self starter with a great attitude and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure of quota and adapt to a changing environment
- Manage/overcome prospect objections

Education
Four year Bachelor’s degree required
Associate Accountant 
Summary
Reporting to the controller, this position is responsible for corporate-wide accounting activities including billing and revenue collection, order acceptance and processing and researching accounting issues. This position also plays an essential role in providing management with ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Process high volume full-circle accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
- Process weekly check runs, wire payments and intercompany payments
- Preparation and processing of 1099's
- Initiate collection calls, email, letter and faxes
- Research and resolve customer issues
- Process expense reports for employees
- Work closely with finance and cross- functional teams to assure the accuracy of billing
- Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
- Prepare reports, provide analytical support and assist with special projects
- Perform technical accounting research
- Respond to inquiries from management and department head regarding expenses, budget, etc
Requirements
- The successful candidate should have excellent computer (Excel and Word) skills; exceptional problem solving abilities and good organizational skills
- Experience with QuickBooks a plus
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work independently
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
Junior Project Manager 
Summary
Reporting to the Manager of Implementations, this position is primarily responsible for coordinating the project plans for the implementation and support of small group size clients. Typically under 5 providers with less than 2 locations. This position may also play an essential role in providing support to the Sr. Project Managers on large client project as needed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate 1st Imp calls for all assigned clients with client contact(s) and sales rep
- Prepare implementation project and marketing plans for each client
- Provide timely updates to SalesForce.com on any & all client activity
- Host daily live WebEx client training sessions as assigned on the training calendar
- Receive, research, resolve and document all client support issues maintaining a 2 hour response turnaround to the client.
- Participate in QA of product releases as assigned
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products
- Respond to inquiries from management and department head regarding implementation or support issues as needed
Requirements
- The successful candidate should have excellent computer skills (internet and MS Office); exceptional problem solving abilities and organizational skills.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work independently
Education
