At the heart of Medfusion’s Symptom Assessment is a database of nearly 6,000 conditions and 53,000 questions. Sophisticated software contains "branching logic" that allows for the progression of the questionnaire to be flexible and dependent upon the answers to the previous question. Once complete, this information can be integrated directly with the practice's EMR solution.
